Cold Outreach Engine

Built to reach the inbox.

Most cold email fails before anyone reads a word of it. Wrong domain, missing authentication, no warm-up, and the whole campaign lands in spam while the dashboard reports everything as sent. This is the plumbing, built properly, in fourteen days.

mx.recipient-domain.com;
  spf=pass      (sender IP is authorized)
  dkim=pass     (signature verified)
  dmarc=pass    (policy alignment confirmed)
  disposition=inbox

Three checks every receiving server runs before it decides where your message goes. Getting all three to pass, and keeping them passing as volume climbs, is most of the job.

What gets built

Six things, and a list of what they are.

Fixed scope means the deliverables are written down before we start. This is that list.

A separate sending domain

Cold email goes out from a domain that isn't your main one, so a deliverability problem can never touch your real mail.

Authentication that passes

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and verified against live test sends before a single prospect is contacted.

A real warm-up ramp

Volume climbs on a schedule over weeks, not days. This is the step most providers skip, and skipping it is why domains get burned.

Your list, segmented

We define who you're actually after, then split them into groups that get different messages instead of one generic blast.

Sequences in your voice

Three sequence variants written from a working session with you, not filled in from a template pack.

Automation that keeps it fed

New prospects are classified and staged for the right sequence each week, so the system doesn't go quiet when you get busy.

The fourteen days

You always know what day you're in.

  1. Days 1–2

    Scoping session

    We agree on who you're targeting and what a good reply looks like. You get the target definition in writing before anything is built.

  2. Days 3–5

    Infrastructure

    Sending domain registered and authenticated, mailbox provisioned, warm-up started. The ramp runs in the background from here on.

  3. Days 6–9

    List and copy

    Prospects sourced and segmented. Sequence copy drafted, sent to you for edits, revised once.

  4. Days 10–12

    Wiring

    Sequences loaded, suppression and reply handling configured, weekly staging automation installed and tested end to end.

  5. Days 13–14

    Handoff

    Walkthrough recording, written runbook, and the credentials. You own every account. Thirty days of support after that.

What I won't tell you

The part other pages leave out.

You are going to read a lot of outbound pitches with impressive numbers on them. Here is what I'm not going to do.

  • I won't show you client case studies, because I don't have any yet.This service is new. I built the system for my own companies first, and you'd be among the first outside clients. The build is priced accordingly.
  • I won't promise you a reply rate.Nobody can promise that honestly. Replies depend on your offer, your market, and your timing, and I control none of those. What I control is whether the message arrives.
  • I won't quote you open rates.Mail privacy features and image prefetching inflate open tracking to the point where the number means very little. Anyone leading with an open rate is either unaware of that or counting on you being unaware of it.
  • I won't send from your main domain.Even if you ask. A burned sending reputation takes months to repair and takes your invoices and customer email down with it.

Not included

Where the fixed price stops.

  • Running the campaign for you.This is a build. You get a working system and the runbook for it. Ongoing management is a separate conversation.
  • Answering the replies.Replies land in your inbox and you handle them. That's the part that should sound like you.
  • Third-party subscriptions.Sending platform, data provider, and domain registration are billed to your accounts at cost. You own them, so you keep them if we part ways.
  • Legal review of your offer.Sequences are built to comply with CAN-SPAM, including a real physical address and working opt-out. Anything beyond that is your counsel's call.

Who builds it

A studio that runs its own products.

PHORPHX is a one-person studio. I build and operate the products below, which means the outreach and content systems I sell are the same ones I depend on.

  • ReadFortLive

    HOA compliance and document management software that I built and run. It's where this outreach system was proven before I sold it to anyone.

  • Prophet PoolsApp Store · Google Play

    A multi-sport prediction pool platform, shipped as a native app to both stores.

  • MintTagsLive

    An Etsy listing optimizer. Its marketing runs on the automated content pipeline I sell.

On the call we'll work out whether outbound is even the right channel for you. If it isn't, I'll say so — a system that reaches the inbox still won't fix an offer nobody wants.
